Rocky Mountain Dance Co.
COVID-19 POLICIES
The following policies have been implemented UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE and are NON-NEGOTIABLE
As with previous seasons, there are NO SPECTATORS. Parents, siblings, caregivers are NOT permitted to stay under any circumstances. This is not only in relation to being able to keep our commercial leases with the buildings we rent from (COVID-19 policies for the buildings) but also as a company we implement this policy every season in any program for ages 4 and older. Please contact the studio for any clarification on policies regarding spectators.
ALL INSTRUCTORS WILL BE MASKED until the mandate is lifted.
When entering the building for drop off/pick up, all caregivers must wear a mask.
Dancing with a mask on for any student is NOT encouraged, but is required as per the public health order (over 12) in common areas.
Students are asked to sanitize as they enter their class, and to not enter the room unless the door is open. Please only arrive 5 minutes prior to the beginning of your class and in proper attire to avoid crowding.
PERFORMANCES:
Due to the short nature of our first session, as well as the guidelines set by the province, our classes will have a short video performance that will be uploaded to YouTube. Please note this is not a public video and the link to watch it will only be sent to accounts that are registered in that specific class.
CLOSURES/ISOLATION EVENTS:
If the INSTRUCTOR is unable to make the class for ANY reason, that class will be refunded.
If a STUDENT is required to isolate and miss classes, a VIDEO of the required class material will be sent out (this is for the 8/10 week sessions ONLY). Beginning in Session 2 in 2022, students will be given the video option or a make up (in person) class with Miss Katelynn.
THERE WILL BE NO DISCRIMINATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
RACE
GENDER
RELIGION
VACCINE STATUS
